What we process
- Email and password hash for account access.
- Subscription and billing state from Stripe (customer ID, subscription status).
- Conversation text visible in your open LinkedIn message thread when you click Generate.
How data is used
- To generate message drafts and follow-ups.
- To enforce free/pro usage limits and authenticate users.
- To manage subscriptions and billing portals.
What we do not do
- We do not store LinkedIn credentials.
- We do not auto-send LinkedIn messages.
- We do not scrape data outside what is visible in your active thread.
Retention
By default, ReplyPilot stores minimal account, usage, and billing metadata. Message text is processed for generation and is not stored as long-term conversation history by default.
Third-party services
Reply generation may use OpenAI APIs. Billing uses Stripe. Their processing is governed by their own terms and policies.
